I hate the new unity interface even though I have just tested it on Ubuntu 11.04 beta but I am surely installing GNOME 3 which is more my kind of interface. Ubuntu 10.10 gets a new code name- Maverick Meerkat. I must admit I have not been a fan of the last 3 release names, Lucid Lynx for 10.04 and Karmic Koala for 9.10 and Jaunty Jackalope for 9.04. But the name Maverick Meerkat, has a nice ring to it. |
